The Bodifying Conditioner, available in a 200 ml size and a 1000 ml salon size, should be applied after shampooing, focusing on the lengths and ends, away from the roots. The Bodifying Spray, on the other hand, should be misted onto towel-dried hair, especially at the roots, before blow-drying: drying with your head upside down or using a round brush will give you more lift.
