For a natural result that leaves hair with movement, choose the normal hold; for updos, structured waves, or rebellious hair, opt for the strong or extra-strong version. Spray the hairspray evenly from about 25-30 centimeters away from your head. The mousse, on the other hand, should be distributed on damp hair, from roots to ends, before blow-drying.
