The energizing shampoo is the foundation of the wash: massage it in with your fingertips to stimulate the scalp and rinse thoroughly. The lotion is then applied to the scalp, preferably with a gentle massage, while the vials represent the intensive treatment, to be followed in cycles according to the instructions on the packaging.
