HOW TO USE:
Mix the color with 10 drops of RefectoCil® Oxidant liquid or 15-20 drops of RefectoCil® Oxidant Cream fresh to form a creamy paste. Apply to eyebrows and eyelashes. • Leave on for 5-10 minutes. • Remove with clean water and cotton pads. • If you have previously used RefectoCil® Blonde Brow, the application time is reduced to 1-5 minutes, and to 2 minutes in case of bleaching.
