Pursuant to and for the purposes of Legislative Decree no. 21 of February 21, 2014, the customer who purchases goods for purposes related or unrelated to their professional activity has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty, provided that the products themselves are intact in their original packaging, i.e., never opened or used; otherwise, PENELOPE SRL will be forced, by law, not to honor this right.

To exercise this right, the customer must send a notice to PENELOPE SRL by registered letter with return receipt, addressed to:

Penelope srl Strada Provinciale 240, km13.8 70018 Rutigliano (BA) or via certified email (PEC) to: penelopesrl@comunicapec.it, specifying the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.

This notice may also be sent via registered letter with return receipt, fax, or email, always within the aforementioned 14-day period.

Once the notice of withdrawal from the customer has been received, it will be the customer's responsibility, at their own expense, to return the products within 14 business days from the exercise of the right, to the following address: Penelope srl Strada Provinciale 240, km13.8 70018 Rutigliano (BA).

The shipment, until receipt is confirmed in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer; Note: in the case of returning goods, it is suggested to use a courier trusted by the customer in order to take advantage of shipment tracking and the additional shipment insurance service for particularly high-value goods.

The right of withdrawal is excluded for all products sealed for hygienic reasons and for those already opened by the consumer; it is not possible to exercise the withdrawal on only a part (partial) of the purchased product.

The goods must be returned intact, complete with all their parts (including original packaging) and without having suffered any damage, including to the packaging. To limit damage to the original packaging, it is recommended, when possible, to place it in a second box, displaying the return authorization code; in all cases, the application of labels or adhesive tape directly onto the original product packaging must be avoided. If the packaging and/or original box are damaged, PENELOPE SRL will not proceed with the refund of the returned goods.

Once received, the goods will be examined and, in the presence of damage or tampering, PENELOPE SRL will inform the customer of the situation within 5 business days of receipt, and the withdrawal cannot be exercised.

REFUND:

PENELOPE SRL will reimburse the customer for the entire amount already paid, referring exclusively to the value of the products purchased, within 14 days from the date of the return shipment of the goods.

Shipping and/or insurance costs incurred at the time of the order are excluded, as is the sum of € 4.60 in the event that the value of the returned product(s) allowed for obtaining "FREE SHIPPING".

The refund will take place automatically and without any charges for those who paid by credit card, as the refund is processed directly through the PAYPAL circuit; however, for those who paid by Bank Transfer or Cash on Delivery, it will be the customer's responsibility to promptly provide PENELOPE SRL with their bank details (ABI code - CAB code - Bank Account number of the invoice holder) in order to receive the refund of the price paid, minus BANK COMMISSION FEES.

ATTENTION: products sent to our office beyond the aforementioned deadlines or lacking the above requirements cannot be refunded. Therefore, in the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, PENELOPE SRL will return the purchased item to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the same.

In the case of a product sent in error, and therefore different from the product ordered, PENELOPE SRL will take charge of the collection and new shipment of the product, provided that the incorrectly sent product has not already been used or tampered with in any way and is therefore intact in every part.
