• If you already have a PayPal account, log in with your email and password and confirm the payment.

• If you do not have a PayPal account, you can pay using your credit/prepaid card as an unregistered PayPal user: in this case, simply select the card type, fill in the necessary details (the same ones required for credit card payment), and confirm the payment.

Once the payment is credited to us, the package will be shipped within two business days. If you return the merchandise, the order amount will be refunded to your PayPal account (or to your credit card if you are an unregistered PayPal user).

Since September 14, 2020, your online payments have become much more secure! Why? The new European Payment Services Directive 2 (PSD2) has come into effect.
Banking institutions have adapted to its implementation, and we have in turn made the necessary changes.

What has changed for you?
If your preferred payment method is a credit card, we recommend asking your bank if your credit card is already enabled for two-factor authentication. If it is, there are no changes.
Otherwise, your bank will certainly be able to help you enable two-factor authentication for your credit card. In the meantime, you can choose one of the other payment methods we offer. Should you encounter any issues confirming orders, we suggest choosing PayPal or cash on delivery.

What are the advantages of PSD2?
PSD2 aims to protect your credit card data from fraud even more effectively. Since September 2020, you must confirm your identity twice to verify that it is you using the credit card and not someone else. If someone steals your phone, computer, or credit card, they will not be able to use them to make online payments. To confirm the payment, the thief would need a second method of authentication, such as your PIN or fingerprint. You can find further details regarding PSD2 on the Bank of Italy website.

A fee of € 5.00 is charged for the service of payment upon delivery, to be paid exclusively in cash. The service consists of delivering the package to the customer, during which the courier collects the amount due and credits these funds to PENELOPE SRL via bank transfer.
Cash on delivery orders exceeding € 999.00 are not permitted, and bank or cashier's checks are not accepted.

Customers are permitted to make payment via advance bank transfer through their bank or post office. The order fulfillment process will begin once the full order amount has been credited to the current account held by PENELOPE SRL (bank/postal processing times: 1-5 working days).

The bank transfer reference must include: The date and order number - First and last name of the person placing the order. Upon order confirmation, the customer will receive an email containing all the details required to make the transfer.
