Tonal Control is Matrix's line of gel toners dedicated to toning: the step that, after lightening or bleaching, allows you to correct unwanted tones and define the final shade. It is a tool designed for those who frequently work on blondes and lighter shades.
Here you will find the classic Gel Toner and the BlondMax version, both 90 ml. Choose the former for everyday toning and the latter when working on very light blondes.
