The basic routine consists of Repair Shampoo with every wash, followed by the conditioner applied to the lengths and ends. When your hair is particularly stressed, add the Repair Infusion treatment after washing, following the instructions on the label. To limit further damage, pat your hair dry without rubbing, detangle starting from the ends, and always use a heat protectant before using a hair dryer or straightener.
