The developer is the inseparable companion of every cream color: Welloxon Perfect is Wella's range of cream developers, available in different concentrations to suit the service you need to perform in the salon.
You can find versions at 1.9% (6 vol.), 4% (13 vol.), 9% (30 vol.) and 12% (40 vol.). In general, lower concentrations are used for toning and delicate work, while higher ones are used when greater lightening is needed. Always check the color's technical data sheet to see which developer to pair it with and in what proportion, and perform a patch test before every application.
