ECHOSLINE Echoslight Blue Bleach 8 Levels Compact Blue Bleaching Powder 500ml

Compact Violet Bleaching Powder. Ideal for foil highlight techniques starting from base 4-5, for full bleaching, and delicate balayage effects. It neutralizes yellow tones and allows for lightening up to 7 levels. Mix with Echosline hydrogen peroxide at 7 Vol (2.1%), 10 Vol (3%), 20 Vol (6%), 30 Vol (9%), 40 Vol (12%).

DIRECTIONS:
Mix 1 scoop of powder (30g) + 60ml of hydrogen peroxide (1:2 dilution) and leave on the hair until the desired level of lightening is achieved. Recommended maximum processing time: 45 minutes.
