HOW TO USE:
-For lightening/bleaching, add to the ready-made lightening/bleaching mixture; for color, add to the ready-made color mixture; for perms, rinse out the neutralizer and apply a mixture of Protection Serum + water to towel-dried hair; for straightening, add to the straightening Agent 1.
-Apply after rinsing out the lightener/bleach, alkaline color, perm, or straightening Agent 1.
