The formula of this lightening cream is enriched with protective lipids that coat each hair strand to protect it from dehydration. HOW TO USE:
To use the Blondor Soft Blonde lightening cream, mix it with Welloxon Perfect 1.9%, 4%, 6%, 9% or 12% in a non-metallic bowl, depending on the desired degree of lift and consistency.
For a gentler lightening process, choose a lower concentration developer. For scalp applications, do not exceed a 6%/20 vol developer concentration.
