Deco Grey 9 from the Envie Tecnic line is a compact grey bleaching powder with rapid action, enriched with vegetable charcoal, which lightens up to 9 levels while respecting the hair fiber. Ideal for fast and advanced salon services, suitable for all lightening and color removal techniques. It neutralizes unwanted warm tones.

DIRECTIONS:
In a non-metallic bowl, mix the bleaching powder with Envie Activator (10-20-30 vol) in a 1:2 ratio. Apply to dry, unwashed hair. Leave on for 20-50 minutes, depending on the desired degree of lightening. Rinse well and wash with a specific shampoo.
