HOW TO USE:
Mix the desired amount of bleaching powder with BLONDME Premium Developer 6% - 20 vol., 9% - 30 vol., or 12% - 40 vol. until a thick paste forms. Mixing ratio: 1:1.5 Processing time: 20-45 minutes
